One of the special features of Modam Stay is the view of Cheomseongdae and Daereungwon. As one of Gyeongju’s most beautiful historic sites, Daereungwon offers a unique and memorable view.

예약 및 입실안내(Reservation)

예약 신청 순서에 따라 순차적으로 연락드립니다. 네이버 예약 시스템상 예약 확정 전까지 동일 날짜 중복 예약이 가능하므로 예약 신청만으로는 예약이 완료되지 않습니다. 결제 완료 시 예약 확정 및 안내 문자가 발송됩니다. 만 19세 미만은 보호자 없이 단독 숙박이 불가능합니다. 36개월 미만의 아동은 숙박 인원에 포함되지 않습니다.(침구 추가제공시 비용발생) 예약 신청 후 결제가 완료되면, 10분 내로 확정 문자가 발송됩니다. 예약은 결제가 완료되어야 확정되며 결제 전 해당 날짜에 다른 분이 먼저 예약하면 예약이 불가합니다. 촛불, 향 등 화재 위험이 있는 물건들의 사용을 금지합니다.

입실 시간은 15:00시, 퇴실 시간은 11:00시입니다. 객실 정리를 위하여 퇴실 시간을 지켜주시길 부탁드립니다. 체크인, 체크아웃은 비대면으로 진행됩니다. 입실 당일 SMS로 자세한 이용 안내 문자를 보내드립니다.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. All check-in and check-out procedures are contactless, and detailed instructions will be sent by SMS on the day of arrival. Guests under 19 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Children under 36 months are not included in the guest count, but bedding is not provided. For safety reasons, candles, incense, and other fire-risk items are not allowed.

자쿠지 이용 안내(Jacuzzi Guide)

30분 이상 이용 및 음주 후 사용은 삼가 주세요. 입욕제 사용은 제한됩니다. 고혈압 등 질환이 있으신 분은 이용을 자제해 주세요. 자녀 동반 시 반드시 보호자와 함께 이용해 주시기 바랍니다. 이용 중 발생하는 사고는 숙소에서 책임지지 않습니다.
For your safety and comfort, please limit jacuzzi use to 30 minutes. We kindly ask guests not to use the jacuzzi after drinking alcohol. Guests with high blood pressure or other health concerns should avoid using the jacuzzi. Children must always be supervised by a guardian. Please use the jacuzzi with care, as guests are responsible for their own safety during use.

3박 이상 숙박 시 요청에 따라 중간 청소가 가능합니다. 숙소 전 구역은 금연입니다. 간단한 취사는 가능하나, 화재 위험 및 냄새로 인해 BBQ 및 냄새가 강한 요리는 불가합니다.
** 시설 이용 및 유의사항
숙소 내 물품 분실 또는 파손 시 손해배상이 청구될 수 있습니다. 전자제품은 수리 등으로 인해 일부 제공이 어려울 수 있습니다.
The same rate applies to both children and adults. Guests under 19 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian, and pets are not allowed. For stays of 3 nights or more, interim cleaning may be provided upon request. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property. Simple cooking is allowed, but BBQ and strong-smelling cooking are not permitted for safety and comfort. Guests may be charged for any damage, stains, breakage, or loss of items during their stay.
